Rec & Read: Expanding services with library kiosks at Westminster Public Library: From Idea to Implementation

Even before the 2020 pandemic, Westminster Public Library had been looking for ways to re-invent itself as a brand that exists outside four walls. Since the buildings were closed for much of the year, timing was ideal to expand library services into the community by partnering with local recreation centers and installing two NovelBranch mini-library kiosks from TLC•SmartTECH — the first of their kind in the United States.
