Stan Trembach is an Assistant Professor at the School of Library and Information Management. His research centers around the issues of management and leadership in contemporary information organizations. He is particularly interested in how adaptive and culturally responsive leadership practices impact organizational effectiveness and information access for marginalized library populations.
